In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience with us, quality checking will be done by our team before dispatching to ensure the items are in good condition when you receive them.
Due to the nature of custom or personalized orders, unless the items arrive damaged or defective, returns and exchange policy is not applied.
However, we gladly accept exchange on non customized items when they come to a quality issue. Please contact us within 3 days at email@example.com, state your order number and the name of item you wish to return. Ship the item back with original packaging within 14 days of delivery and we will process an exchange asap. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
